Client testimonials

These insights directly influenced my work by guiding the restructuring of the site to improve user flow and accessibility. The result was a more intuitive, competitive design tailored to meet user needs and business goals."

Chris Biggin, Director of UX Design at Circana

She takes the time to understand the audience, the business, and the space it operates in, then builds content that actually connects. It is thoughtful, strategic, and built to perform. On top of that, she’s incredibly reliable, prompt, and just a great person to work with. "

Why brands need organic search

🌱 Organic searches are more likely to convert than paid searches.

🌱 In 2024, YoY brand discovery decreased from 1 out of 3 new website visitors to 1 out of 4 new website visitors when top of funnel content strategy was not a priority in 2023.

🌱 In 2025, nearly half of consumers started using AI tools to search, and those tools pull their answers directly from organic results. If your brand doesn't show up organically, it won't show up in AI search either.

🌱 In 2026, organic search is the foundation AI tools pull from. The more consistently your brand appears across trusted, well-structured organic sources, the more likely ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews will cite you as an authority.

Specializations

I build strategies that move the needle in the pipeline and paying customers—and hold up under scrutiny from every level of the org. Whether that's a full SEO roadmap, a content strategy built around zero-click search, or competitive discovery that tells you exactly where you're losing ground, I make the work legible to everyone who needs to see it.

SEO & content strategy

Content process, scalability & AI integration

If your content operation is held together with copy style guidelines, Monday.com, and vibes—that's not a mess, that's a stage. I build the workflows and guardrails that turn a scrappy content operation into one that can actually scale. I don't use AI so it can live on someone's digital transformation slide. I use it to keep your content fresh, intentional, and visible.

Let’s work together

How I work with founders and marketing teams

First, we’ll kick things off.

Before our official project kickoff, you'll receive a web brief—a set of questions to get you thinking about strategic goals, marketing goals, existing processes, and competitors. It's lightweight but sets the foundation for measuring success.

After the meeting, discovery research begins. Expect two to four weeks before the next touchpoint.

A digital document template titled "Stakeholder Alignment Brief" with sections for goals and overview questions related to SEO strategy, including questions about business goals, competitors, target audience, and SEO audits.

Then, I’ll research and audit.

During SEO discovery, your website gets a 360° assessment — content organization and quality, UX approach, and technical health. If there's a low-hanging fruit task that can drive positive outcomes right away, that gets tackled early on.

Deliverables include:

  • Keyword research / SERP analysis

  • Competitive analysis

  • Technical SEO audit

  • Content audit

Next, I’ll roadmapping and prioritize.

In the final phase of discovery, you'll get a blueprint of SEO tasks prioritized by impact versus effort.

Deliverables include:

  • SEO roadmap

  • Metadata recommendations

A six-month SEO plan blueprint table with columns labeled Effort, Impact, SEO Type, Description, Owner, and Status. Rows detail tasks like blog redesign, fixing 301 errors, content decay, missing page titles, slow page speed, and orphan links; with status indicators such as Done, In progress, Not started, and At risk, color-coded accordingly.

After that, we’ll start creating together.

This is where your audience grows. Intent-centered content gets built to earn credibility and trust with Google and LLMs— the kind of content that brings the right people to your site.

Deliverables include:

  • Content structures + briefs

  • Content production process documentation

  • Technical writing support + SME interviews

As we go, I’ll monitor and measure.

Together, we'll define directional measures that align with your goals — so progress always has a clear signal. Once content is in production, data-backed hypotheses guide what gets implemented, tested, tracked, and iterated, with performance visible through a custom dashboard built for your website.

Services I offer

  • If you've received a bad website audit from an agency—like a crappily mashed-up, ChatGPT-generated Word doc full of out-of-date advice from poor LLM training data—I'll audit the audit or start fresh with a 360° competitive discovery of on-page, off-page, and technical components.

  • SEO strategy is a boiled down roadmap that covers knowing when to fix technical before content, what to scope for dev, and how to sequence it all for execution. That includes website migrations so rankings and traffic don't disappear when your site moves or relaunches. No generic keyword lists without context, no "your product is too complex" cop-outs. Just a clear path from where your site is to where it needs to be, with visibility in traditional and LLM search.

  • Content strategy starts with the right content pillars—the topics that move the needle for your business. I’ll research and identify these pillars and chunk page content so that it’s clearly categorized, easily digested and cited by LLM search channels.

  • No 23-page decks full of charts and no context. Just clear reporting built around a custom Looker Studio dashboard that pulls in data feeds from Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and more. Plus optional monthly calls to make sure your performance questions are answered and in line with your broader marketing goals.

  • Technical content requires technical input. I brief and interview your SMEs to pull out original POVs your competitors can't replicate, then use AI to build content around those insights at scale —so what you publish actually adds something new to the conversation.

  • I've worked inside an 85-person marketing team at a company that had been around for 60 years with no SEO strategy until 2025, so I know what it takes to sell organic search to a C-suite that isn't asking for it yet. Sometimes large marketing teams don't need more execution. They need someone who can build the business case, educate stakeholders on process changes, and clear the internal path for SEO to actually take root.
